The artist behind Paraluman Design

Natasha Henman grew up with art all around her. Whether she was in the kitchen with her grandfather, with her mother in the studio, taking pictures with her grandmother or simply listening to music played by her aunt and fiancé, she was always surrounded by inspiration. Being raised to embrace art led Natasha to attend UAB and begin her journey at making art her career. One of the accomplishments that she is proud of is the calendar that she did for the company this past year. At the time that she was given the assignment she was an intern that got lucky with a big project. Now her calendar is in every one of Encompass Health’s hospitals and this opened the door to get hired and start her career. Natasha is currently an inhouse graphic designer for Encompass Health, formerly HealthSouth, helping them create websites for 225+ locations and pushing their new brand forward. Outside of the office though she works outside of the realm of digital. When time permits it, she likes to volunteer with Sloss Metal Arts to help demonstrate Iron pouring for tours or assist the artist with their sculptures. Sculpture, illustration, and painting are very common to see making her a jack of all trades. Natasha Henman loves to try anything new so that she can keep creating art to inspire and spread beauty.
